Made from rough cut softwood and with nailed construction, these budget duck boards are available either untreated or with a stained finish. Each small board has three slats and is approx 300mmx350mm (12" long and 14" wide). Medium boards have 9 slats and are approx 900mm (3') long. Slats are unsanded with slight chamfer to most long edges. Actual size of finished item varies slightly. Boards may retain splinters and rough edges. Lifespan will depend on environment and future treatment. Boards are constructed from machine cut planks, assembled by hand. Rough and irregular edges are an inherent feature of these boards as are gaps, unevenness, marks and knots.

These rustic boards are suited to a variety of purposes in many different environments. As a plant stand in the garden, boot stand in the porch, keeping items off the deck, they have many uses. Softwood rustic boards are also available in larger sizes. Further custom options are available with planed and jointed softwood and hardwood deck boards.
